Regularly check and clean the cooling holes behind the display to prevent dust accumulation that may affect the cooling effect. Keep the cables free from oil stains.

Check if the power cord and signal cable connections are secure to avoid image abnormalities or equipment damage due to looseness.

2. Regular inspection and testing

Conduct a comprehensive functional check every quarter, including adjustments for brightness, contrast, and color saturation.

Perform a power stability test and signal transmission quality check monthly to ensure there are no interference or distortion. During the rainy season, it is recommended to power on for 1-2 hours once a week to keep the screen dry.

At least once a year, conduct a professional inspection, including assessing the aging degree of the screen, checking for damage to the LED modules, etc.

3. Software and system updates

Regularly check the versions of the control software and drivers, and promptly install the official released update patches to enhance system stability and compatibility.

Adjust the playback settings of the display content as needed to optimize the display effect.
